Vinmarken ’En Verdot’ er beliggende i Saint-Romain på en stejl skråning. Jordbunden består fortrinsvis sand- og kalksten. Vinen har lagret i alt 24 måneder. Først 12 måneder på 400 liters fade og derefter 12 måneder på ståltank. Vinen dufter dejligt af modne gule frugter og lime. Smagen er cremet med lidt fylde, citrus og lime.

That’s a nose with scale, with depth, almost a subtle reduction – the fruit with a little flesh. Ooh – this is mineral and energetic – vibrant – subtly accented by smoky barrel but in a super way – the finish is wide, mouth-watering and only very slowly fading. I love it !!"
