Druerne kommer fra Mâcon Cruzille. Vinen ligger fortrinsvis på brugte fade med en andel af ca. 20% nye fade. Vinen dufter flot af lime, modne gule frugter og har florale noter. Smagen er kølig og samtidig er der en fin fylde. Rigtig flot Bourgogne Blanc!
